The project is organized to maximize the use of a single habitable floor that distributes all the pieces of the program, exhausting the occupation of the plot but leaving a front garden as wide as possible. The project is characterized by a set of heights between the covers of the main pieces, which optimizes the interior lighting and generate a unique volumetry.
