The strategy for action is developed in two sectors. Sector 1, ground floor, converts existing toilets suitable for disabled toilets, while modifying access, allowing them to be utilized by the beside restaurant and expanding the entrance to the top floor. Sector 2, upstairs, is redistributed to optimize the space used by current applications and fitting an office of 60m2.
